The Staff versus Sixth Form netball match on Friday 14th March 2008 was a terrific success: many laughs were had, mainly seeing the male members of staff in netball skirts and the delightful Sixth Form cheerleading team.

July 2007 - Year 8 Water Camp
With the threat of thunder and lightning and a forecast of floods the 2007 Year 8 camp was under a dark cloud. With the tents set up, albeit with the help of Mr Carr the groups were into their first activity. Dragon boating, raft building, canoeing and kayaking were the chosen water activities.

April 2007 - Skiing in the USA 1st - 8th April 2007
Following previous successful school ski visits to Europe, we took a party of forty students to JAY PEAK, Vermont in the USA during the Easter break. The trip was amazing; conditions were outstanding and for the majority of the time we were skiing through powder. There is something to be said about doorstop skiing.

March 2007 - Opening of The Alan Armstrong Sports Complex
On Friday 16th March Waddesdon Church of England Secondary School celebrated the completion of the new all-weather artificial sports pitch with an official opening. The school was delighted to welcome parents, pupils, governors and staff to the occasion and were proud to host local Rugby Union hero David Seymour as the guest of honour.
