Admissions for the next Academic Year
(September 2010 – August 2011)

If you are seeking admission to the school with effect from September 2010 you will need the following:

  • The Guide for Parents which includes information about the admissions policy of the Governing Body as well as the co-ordinated admission arrangements which apply to all applications for September 2010. This booklet is available to download as a PDF.
  • A copy of our supplementary information form and church affiliation form.
  • A copy of the Bucks Local Authority Guide for Parents and Common Application Form (CAF) – these will usually be provided through your child’s primary school.

Open days and evenings for parents seeking admission to Year 7 in September 2010 are planned as follows:

Monday 21 September 2009 9.00 – 11.00 am
Monday 21 September 2009 6.00 – 8.30 pm
Tuesday 22 September 2009 6.00 – 8.30 pm

These occasions provide an opportunity to hear from the Headteacher, see the facilities at the school and talk with staff and students. There will also be an opportunity to meet with representatives of the Governing Body to find out more about the admission procedures and specifically changes in these admission arrangements for September 2010.

Admissions during the current Academic Year
(Sept 2009 – August 2010)

If you are seeking admissions to the school during the Academic Year September 2009 – August 2010 you will need to telephone the school to obtain a prospectus and application form. You should however be aware that every year group is operating above its published admission number and there are substantial waiting lists across the school. These waiting lists include children who are resident in the catchment area.

Admissions beyond the end of August 2011

An increasing number of enquiries are being received from parents asking about admission to the school at a date beyond August 2011. Governors review their Admission Policy every year and undertake a statutory consultation between December and February.
