Waddesdon Church of England School is perfectly equipped to cater for your educational needs. We provide a number of purpose-built areas to encourage and assist learning. This is well complemented by a large, well furnished common room.

Sixth Form Common Room

The Sixth Form Common Room is designed with relaxation in mind; Perfect for R&R periods, with comfortable sofas in a light, airy room and a large TV with Freeview.

Sixth Form Study Centre

The Study Centre is equipped with 15 computers, wireless internet access and a quiet atmosphere to keep you in the mood for studying.

The Cedars

The Cedars is the school's restaurant. Open at breaktimes and before school, The Cedars provides an interesting and varied selection of meals and snacks

Information Technology

Waddesdon Church of England School has four full suites for the teaching of ICT. These are housed in purpose-built ICT rooms in the Rothschild Building. The ICT department is open throughout the day, including sessions before and after school.

Science

The Science Department includes 7 laboratories, 4 of which have recently been refurbished to a very high standard.

Digital Art and Music Technology

The Art and Music Departments have dedicated ICT suites. Two Art suites consist of 30 iMacs equipped with scanners and colour laser printers. The Music Room is furnished with 16 iMacs and midi controllers; there is another iMac housed in a recording studio for Music Technology.

Physical Education

The PE department is housed in purpose-built accommodation in the Thorp Building and comprises of a large sports hall, fitness and weights room, and floodlit Astroturf.
