Exam Results

Key Stage 3 attainment continues to be strong this year. 94% of Year 9 students reached Level 5 or above in English; 93% reached Level 5 or above in both Mathematics and Science.

The performance of our Year 11 GCSE students remains very pleasing this year. 69% of students achieved 5 or more A*-C grades at GCSE, our best ever performance, with 68% achieving 5 or more A*-C grades including English and Mathematics. 99% of all students achieved 5 or more A*-G GCSE grades, and all achieved at least one GCSE pass. 24% of all GCSE grades were A* or A whilst 53% of all grades were A*, A or B.

At A level, our Year 13 students achieved very highly. 28% of all grades at A level were A* or A, 61% were A*, A or B and 81% were A*, A, B or C. Overall, 97.2% of all grades were E grade or above. Average points per candidate continued to rise to 697.4 per student, with an average points per entry of 225.9.
