If you hired a locker for ONE YEAR you should return your key to the Finance Office before the end of this week. You may do this at lunch or afternoon break only.

If all the conditions below are met, the £5 deposit will be refunded

• Locker must be emptied of belongings and rubbish and left in a clean state
• Key must have a number tag attached (if you have lost the number tag, please attach a temporary one made from a piece of card or paper before returning your key)

If you hired a locker for THREE YEARS and you have one or two years left, you do not need to return your key this week, but you must empty your locker completely so that we can carry out maintenance during the holidays.

If you have lost your key please ask at the finance office in case it has been handed in. If it is lost, we need to know so that we can order a replacement.
