Congratulations to all our students on their successes in their A level examinations.  Every year, students leave Waddesdon to take up a range of opportunities, including places at Oxbridge, Russell Group Universities, prestigious creative and performing arts institutions and on competitive degree apprenticeships.  Whatever their destination, we wish our students every future happiness, success and fulfilment.

2023

Congratulations to the Class of 2023! We are very proud of you for all the challenges you overcame during Year 13 and we wish you every future success. You were a brilliant year group, not only in terms of your fantastic results, but also for all the excellent contributions you made to our school community.

The three-year ALPS T Score is 1, “outstanding”, putting our Sixth Form in the top 10% of all centres in the country for the progress students made over the last three years, as shown on the ALPS thermometer below. A score of 1 is the highest a school can achieve for progress.

We were delighted that 95% of students have achieved their intended destination, supported by our experienced Sixth Form Team. Of the students who have chosen to study at University, 87% achieved their first choice place (vs. 79% nationally), including 24% at Russell Group Universities.

We are grateful to the hard work of our teachers and the unwavering support of parents/carers and families.
