To enable you to confirm your Sixth Form subject choices and make the best possible transition to Year 12, we have put together the Sixth Form Passport for you.  Some subjects have resource folders you can access here too. 

On page 4, we explain how to complete the work for your chosen subjects (and one back up subject). You will bring this completed work with you to Sixth Form Enrolment in August.

There are lots of useful careers activities you can complete on pages 34 and 35 to enable you to think about your options and applications after Year 13 as well as super-curricular activities on pages 36 and 37.  

We would very much encourage you to take up the super-challenges for each subject which will get you off to a really flying start on your Sixth Form journey.
